iPhone Network Test

The iPhone is almost upon us! As I announced previously I am developing iPhone applications. My first app is a simple Network Test that is formatted for the iPhone. It uses a javascript method for determining the speed of the network the user is connected to. In the future I might start saving the results of the tests and displaying that data. In the mean time be sure to visit iPhoneNetworkTest.com to try it out. As always comments appreciated.

is there any way that you can break down the edge speeds by state or major metropolitan city?

Thanks, Keep Up The Good Work,

@Richard - Excellent idea. One issue I am having is that the IP address of edge users is geo locating to very different locations. For instance I am in Denver, CO and my IP on edge resolves to a Florida location. Looking for a way to plugin to the iPhones current location. Another option would be to have users enter zip codes.
